Refunds & Calculations
- Please note that The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply for Business to Business transactions and by purchasing from this site you are confirming that you are a business and therefore are bound by these terms and conditions.
- Please note, we are unable to accept returns of any fragrance oils unless they are noted as damaged. This is due to the fact we are unable to verify they have not been tampered with once leaving our premises.
- Incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence may be required. Any returns requested by Simply Scented
- It is the Clients responsibility to obtain proof of postage when returning any goods. (Where exceptions have been made:- Applicable to None Fragrance Products Only)
- No Refund or Exchange will be given if the client fails to comply with our terms and conditions.
- Refund of any monies will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice, providing all goods have been returned to Simply Scented, unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging. Any goods returned that are seen unfit to re-sell as new will be subject to a deduction of the original cost and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
- Deposits:- May be non-refundable depending on the any costs incurred for time and materials allocated.
- Please note all bespoke/made to order items cannot be returned of refunded unless broken or an error in sizing occurs.
